Great hotel for families with small children. This was our 2nd time visiting with a 4 year old and 4 month old. The staff are lovely, really friendly and work very hard. A lot of the same staff from 2 years ago. The location is perfect, loads of bars, restaurants and shops as soon as you walk out of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the pool is perfect for small children. There’s a canopy over a section of the children’s pool which is great to keep children safe in the sun and in addition another canopy next to kids club where there’s little ride ons. Great to go to when you want some shade. We stayed all inclusive and never had a bad meal, the dining room is busy/loud but for us eating at the hotel was the easiest option rather than dining out. The waiting staff are very hardworking and attentive and the food was always in my opinion well presented and well maintained. The only criticism is the soft play area could do with more toys/attention and the baby room was closed. It would have been great to have baby bouncers/walkers, perhaps a sensory area. Wouldn’t cost too much to create/maintain but would be so helpful to access to keep babies out of the peak sunshine/heat. Overall a lovely holiday (again!) thank you!

We have just returned from a brilliant week at Coma Gran, the hotel is perfect for families! The pool areas are brilliant for small children and felt very safe, the lifeguards were very attentive. never struggled to get a sunbed either! The food was great, lots of choice even for fussy children, we really enjoyed the pool bar food for a quick lunch, the baguettes were great! All the staff were lovely, the bar staff work insanely hard, rooms were big and clean, beds comfy! Sa Coma itself is lovely, busy enough to not be bored but quiets down late at night. Honestly a perfect family holiday, we'll definitely return!

We stayed here for a week with our 3 year old daughter. We loved every minute! Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Good service and facilities. Opted for breakfast only as there are plenty of places to eat locally. Breakfast was of a high standard. Pool area is great for kids / families. We felt really safe, welcome and at ease. Only negative was that the rooms were noisy - could hear neighbouring apartments and during breakfast chairs dragging on the floor. It wouldn’t put us off staying here again though. It’s a great hotel.

Hotel great for kids. Plenty to do. Only gripe is the Glitter Tattoos. Children stand in a queue for up to half hour for the smallest 'tattoo' that takes a couple of minutes at most to do and are then charged up to €10. To then be told not to put cream on it. We're in Spain, where suncream on children is a must. You only realise you have to pay when you reach the front of the queue and a tiny sign says ask for price. Total rip off.

Self catering visit in May 2025. Staff at reception were lovely, very helpful and polite. Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Room was spacious, balcony was large and beds were really comfortable with extra sheets/pillows provided. Drinks at the bar were good and a reasonable price. As we were self catering we didn’t eat at the hotel but the food we saw looked nice. The pool was brilliant - loads of sunbeds available which isn’t always the case when you go to a larger hotel! They had a kids pool and play areas too. Hotel was in a great location, 2 minute walk from Sa Coma beach with lots of shops, bars etc around. Couldn’t fault this hotel and would visit again.

Das Animationsprogramm war gut. Die Anlage auch. die Zimmer brauchen ein Update und das Personal war teilweise sehr freundlich! Wir haben das Auto vis-a-vis vom Hotel geparkt (an der Strasse, welche uns vom Personal gennant wurde) und leider wurde in unser Auto eingebrochen. Als wir dies an der Reception meldeten, war die Dame super unfreundlich, wollte uns nicht helfen oder sagen wo wir sonst parkieren könnte und meinte nur: "Kann passieren, vielleicht wird es das nächste Mal mein Auto sein."

Lovely clean hotel, close to all facilities, beach, bars and restaurants etc, easily accessible for disabilities. Didn't use the restaurant as we went self catering, fridge and cooking facilities including microwave etc. plenty of blankets and pillows in room and also loads of cost hangers. Hairdryer in bathroom and shower and bath both worked lovely with some toiletries included too. Lovely balcony and views to both beach and pool. Surprise birthday gift left in room on my birthday from hotel!!! All in all a lovely hotel, hundreds of sunbeds and always plenty to choose from. We may have paid for some upgrades of meals but without knowing what was being served we didn't bother. Bar staff on an evening are lovely, friendly and efficient. Cleaners came every day except one and they tell U their day off, all areas really clean and tidy, very friendly staff. Would definitely go again, great location and lovely hotel.

We stayed at Sa Coma Gran for one week. Lovely friendly staff at reception on arrival, while there always helpful. Hotel spotless, comfortable beds, apartment well equipped. We had bed and breakfast, breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Staff rather quick to remove your table ware!! Snack bar was rather expensive and slow service. Staff always lovely there too! It was not hotel’s fault but think for four older ladies maybe not for us as very much geared to young families, obviously great for them. Found dining room in the morning bit frantic!!
